DAY 3. COURAGE TO BEGIN
Dear Spirit, meet me where hesitation lives.
My heart is pounding, my hands are unsteady, and too many doubts crowd the doorway.
Quiet the voice that says “not ready” and strengthen the one that says “try.”
Let fear be honest but not in charge.
Turn nerves into fuel, uncertainty into focus, doubt into discipline.
Steady my hands and clear my head so the next step is a little easier to see.
Root me in why I’m starting, so purpose holds me when comfort calls me back.
When the path feels long, give me patience;
when it feels lonely, give me warmth.
If I trip, help me get up with grace;
if I’m delayed, help me trust the timing.
Set a steady hand on my shoulder and a small fire in my chest.
Let me begin with what I have, where I am: one honest action at a time.
Remind me: starting again isn’t a flaw;
it’s strength. And I am not alone.
AFFIRMATION
I choose courage over comfort.
I begin with what I have and who I am, and that is enough.
Each small step counts; each small step changes me.
I am ready to begin.
